At EVAD, we strive to provide exceptional limousine services and ensure your complete satisfaction. Our return and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair, reflecting our commitment to high-quality service. Please review our policy below:
Reservation Cancellations:
- Standard Cancellation: You may cancel your reservation up to 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up time are subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 4 hours of the scheduled pick-up time will incur a cancellation fee of 75% of the total booking amount.
- No-Show: If you fail to show up for your scheduled service without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
Modifications to Reservations:
- Date/Time Changes: Requests to modify the date or time of your reservation must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Modifications are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Destination Changes: Changes to the destination after the reservation has been confirmed may result in additional charges, based on the new route.
Refunds for Service Issues:
- Service Complaints: If you experience issues with the service (e.g., vehicle cleanliness, driver behavior), please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of the service completion. We will investigate the issue and, if deemed valid, provide a partial or full refund based on the severity of the issue.
- Service Quality: If the service provided does not meet the standards outlined in our service agreement, please reach out to us within 48 hours. We will assess the situation and determine if a refund is warranted.
Refund Process:
- Processing Time: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days of the approval. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the refund in your account.
- Payment Disputes: For any disputes related to payments or refunds, please contact our customer service team for resolution before contacting your payment provider.
Exceptional Circumstances:
- Force Majeure: In cases of force majeure (e.g., extreme weather conditions, road closures, or other unforeseeable events), we will make every effort to provide alternative arrangements or reschedule your service. If neither option is feasible, a full refund will be issued.
